Since we are providing the content management system (CMS) and developing the site, it is more convenient for both parties that we have the full access to the servers. This will also allow us to troubleshoot the site should there be any technical issues.

What are your terms in paying for the One-time fee?

A 50% is required of the one-time fee upon sign-up. You get one month-free on the monthly fee while we develop your site.
